CRU GROUP Announces Strategic Reorganization of Canadian Operations

David Repinski, CEO of CRU GROUP, today announced the reorganization of the Company’s  Canadian business. This move marks a significant milestone in the evolution of CRU GROUP’s Canadian business, positioning the Company for its next phase of expansion.

“This reorganization is more than a structural change. It marks the achievement of a strategic goal and transition to our next chapter,” said Repinski. “We are broadening our leadership to better serve our growing client base.”

Key Leadership Advancements and Appointments:

  • Adam Dickens, Canadian COO – Mr. Dickens will oversee all Canadian claims operations, reporting to the CEO
  • Joe Murison, SVP – Expands his role to include oversight of Project Mgmt., Q/A, and Billing, in addition to Business Intelligence and Licensing, reporting to the CEO
  • Brad Smith, SVP – Responsible for all Canadian Sales, Account Mgmt., and Marketing, reporting to the CEO
  • Russ Fitzgerald, SVP – Will serve as North American Director of Transportation Claims Services, reporting to the CEO
  • Ranjit Bhatia, Director of Specialty & TPA – Responsible for desktop, TPA, and specialty claims services, reporting to the Canadian COO
  • Michelle Short & Leah Armstrong, – VP, Dedicated Services. Each leading major client dedicated teams, reporting to the Canadian COO

As part of the realignment, all Canadian Adjusters will now operate under the unified CRU GROUP brand. Maltman International will continue to distinguish the Company’s TPA and specialty claims service. This shift reflects CRU GROUP’s ongoing commitment to delivering unified and consistent services across every aspect of its operations.
