Central Services – Billing Admin – CRU GROUP

Role: Back-end claims support role facilitating invoicing and claim expense billing to our clients.

Reporting Line: Reports to U.S. Chief Operating Officer

Office/Remote: This is an in-office position.

In Scope

  • Monitors the email boxes and systems for files to be invoiced.
  • Invoices claim files and submits work product to clients via email or estimating systems.
  • Assists with general adjuster outreach related to new programs, services, training, etc.
  • May be asked to assist with setting up new claim files and dispatching adjusters for assignment.
  • Special projects as required and at the direction of the Vice President Operations.

Skills/Requirements

  • 1-year administrative support experience.
  • Knowledge of Data Entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks.
  • Ability to cope with surge in business.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks timely.
