David Repinski, CEO of CRU GROUP, today announced that the Company has hired two new Canadian Executive Team members. Both Adam Dickens and Joe Murison join CRU GROUP as Senior Vice Presidents and will strengthen the Company’s growth in the Canadian market.
As Senior Vice President and Team Leader, Adam Dickens will assume responsible for one of the Company’s principal accounts. Mr. Dickens brings over 25 years experience in the insurance industry. He most recently oversaw the recruitment, training, quality assurance and district catastrophe response across five branches in Southern Alberta, East Kootenay and Mountain Parks including the Calgary 2020 Hailstorm as well as multi million-dollar revenue involving full-budgeting and P&L oversight.
Joe Murison joins CRU GROUP in a new Senior Vice President and Team Lead role and will be responsible for the Company’s Program Management of two large accounts as well as the development and oversight of a QA Program. Mr. Murison brings over 14 years of general insurance experience as well as 5 years of military service. In his last role as AVP, Mr. Murison was tasked with business development and account management leading strategic direction change to evaluate and seek new lead sources and capture trends to ensure strong relationships.

Mr. Dickens will be based in Calgary, Alberta and Mr. Murison will be based in Omemee, Ontario. Both with service on the Canadian Leadership Team and report to the CEO.
