David Repinski, CEO of CRU GROUP, announced today that Roger Persad has assumed a new role as Vice President, Business Development for Maltman International.
A subsidiary of CRU GROUP, Maltman International has deep historical roots in the London market having been a Lloyd’s approved TPA for over 50 years. In his new position, Persad will focus on strengthening Maltman’s market reach and opportunities.
With 36 years of experience in the insurance industry, Persad has built a robust background in national accounts, including significant contributions to Lloyd’s and the London Market. Persad has developed his expertise in refining key performance indicators related to auto, property, and liability claims, highlighting his dedication to operational excellence. His deep industry knowledge will play a crucial role in advancing the Maltman business line.
Persad will continue to serve on the Canadian Leadership Team and will report to Ranjit Bhatia, Executive Director for Maltman International.
